At Jenny Wrens Gifts, each pebble picture is individually handmade with care. Due to the unique and personalised nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Handmade & Unique Pieces

Every pebble picture is created by hand using individually selected natural pebbles. As no two pebbles are exactly the same, there will naturally be variations in their shape, size, colour, texture and positioning.

These small differences are part of what makes each picture unique and are not considered faults or defects.

Your finished piece may therefore vary slightly from photographs or examples shown on our website.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Pictures

Personalised and made-to-order pebble pictures are created specifically for you based on the information provided when ordering.

For this reason, once we have started creating your personalised picture, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

Please carefully check all names, dates, wording, spellings and other personalisation details before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be happy with your pebble picture. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or another suitable resolution.

Natural Variations

Please remember that natural pebbles vary in appearance and cannot be replicated exactly. Requests for a return or refund based solely on natural differences in the pebbles or minor variations from product photographs will not normally be accepted.
